What started as a survival decision turned into a mission: to build a future rooted in love, service, and integrity — for my family and for those I work with.

In 2021, I was 27 and stuck. I was living alone in a too-expensive duplex, surrounded by empty rooms that used to hold my brothers and a close friend. Everyone had moved on — but I hadn’t. I spent my days working at UPS and my nights buried in distractions: video games, weed, and anything else that kept me from facing myself.
I was physically out of shape, emotionally distant, financially frustrated — and drifting.
That version of me eventually broke down. And that breakdown became my turning point.
I started small. I began working out. I took on more hours. I slowly let go of the things I was using to numb myself. Not because I didn’t want them — but because I finally wanted something more. I didn’t have a clear plan yet. I just knew I needed to become someone I could be proud of.
Then, I met Liz — a quiet, kind woman who worked as a COVID cleaner at UPS. She spoke Spanish. I didn’t. But through broken language and Google Translate, we connected. We became friends. Then more than friends.
She had two young daughters. And then, she got pregnant.
At the same time, my landlord passed away. The house I was renting went into probate, and I suddenly found myself living with a pregnant girlfriend and two kids — in a home that was about to be auctioned.
I had two choices: panic or prepare. I chose to prepare.
I stopped paying rent and started saving. I couldn’t afford a traditional home, so I got creative. I found a multi-family property that needed work, and used my 401k and savings for the down payment. I had no experience with repairs, but I taught myself. I spent my paternity leave patching walls, painting rooms, fixing what I could — doing whatever it took to make that house a home.
That was my first step into real estate. Not a glamorous flip. Not a six-figure wholesale. It was a survival decision — made for love.
That experience changed everything.
It gave me purpose. It showed me I could grow. That I could lead. That I could become the man my family needed — and the man I always hoped I could be.
Later, I joined the Army. Partly to provide a better future for my son, but also because I wanted to live up to my potential. I scored in the 97th percentile on the ASVAB. I had always been capable. I just hadn’t applied it — until now.
Today, real estate is the vehicle I use to grow, serve, and solve problems. But my real purpose is people.
I don’t chase deals — I build relationships.
I don’t care just about cash flow — I care about character.
And when you work with me, I want you to feel that.
I’m not just an investor. I’m a partner. A listener. A problem-solver.
I know what it’s like to build something from nothing — and to do it for the people you love.
This is why I do what I do.
This is who I am.
Values That Guide Everything I Do
Real estate is more than properties and numbers — it’s people, decisions, and long-term impact. I approach every conversation, every deal, and every opportunity with a simple philosophy:
Lead with integrity. Prioritize relationships. Deliver real value.
Whether I’m working with a homeowner navigating a difficult situation, an investor looking to collaborate, or a team member in the field — my focus is the same: clear communication, honest execution, and mutual respect.
Transparency
I don’t overpromise or sugarcoat. I’ll always keep you informed, and if I don’t know something, I’ll say so — and find the right answer.
Follow-Through
I do what I say I’ll do. On time. With intention. Period.
Creative Problem-Solving
Not every situation is straightforward. I specialize in finding practical, win-win solutions — especially when things get complex.
People-First Approach
I treat every person I work with as more than a lead, a number, or a transaction. Respect and professionalism come standard.
People who care about people. If you value relationships over quick wins, we’ll get along great.
Yes — and proudly. I’ve done deals, but I’m still learning every day. What I lack in experience, I make up for in honesty, hustle, and follow-through.
I don’t see “leads.” I see humans. I don’t pressure. I listen, understand, and collaborate.
Totally fair. What I can promise is:
✅ Transparency
✅ Communication
✅ Effort
Because it gave me the chance to build something meaningful — for my family and others — while becoming the man I was meant to be.
Started with a house hack, now focused on creative financing, wholesaling, and solving complex problems most overlook.
Heard. Helped. Respected.
Like you’d work with me again — or just call when life gets hard. Because more than deals, I’m building trust.
Whether you're a homeowner looking for guidance, an investor interested in collaborating, or simply someone navigating a complex real estate situation — I’m here to help.
No pressure. No pushy sales talk. Just real conversations and real solutions.
